What every brand manager wants

Reading the news today, as you do at 8.30am in the morning avoiding work and deadlines, I stumbled upon this beauty.

It was this tiny image on the bbc news page that attracted me to the article, and now it all makes perfect sense, because it seems that that is exactly what this news item is about. The attraction that people have to colour shape and branding.

There's a campaign by the original designer of this ball and a website dedicated to saving this icon in the american landscape. Not surprising but still interesting.
